Custom Alarm in Rochester is seeking a Director of Sales to join our Leadership Team! The Vice President of Sales is responsible for the daily activities of the Sales Department and providing support which promotes continued growth and achievement of the company’s overall sales objectives. Plans, organizes and implements sales programs. Lead by example and support the Core Values of the company through all interactions.
Starting pay within the specified range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year (bonus opportunities included) + opportunity for profit sharing (starting wage is determined based on a number of considerations including education, certifications, related experience, etc.).
