Primary Duties: Satisfy customer banking needs by completing a variety of transactions which regularly includes account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, change orders and sorting coin, new accounts, and/or loan payments in accordance with Premier Banks standards, policies, and procedures. Provide quality service standards in all transactions with both internal and external customers. Actively pursue referral opportunities to address each customer’s financial needs. Exercise judgment and discretion with well-defined limits and work with relative independence to accomplish work tasks.
Qualifications: Position requires six months of cash handling and customer service experience, strong numeric ability, 10 key skills, experience in sales or promoting products and services preferred.
Abilities: Good to Strong knowledge and use of Auxiliary Computer Programs, Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills, Proven Customer Service, Detail Oriented
