We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our growing residential roofing team. As a Residential Roofing Technician, you’ll work on a crew installing, repairing, and replacing roofs on homes in our service area. No prior roofing experience? No problem — we’re willing to train the right candidates who are ready to work hard and learn a skilled trade.
Starting Compensation

  • $20 per hour starting pay
  • Opportunities for raises based on performance and experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Remove old roofing materials safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload roofing materials
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Strong work ethic and team mindset
