Rochester Area Builders is seeking a bookkeeper / assistant. This position assists with coordinating and preparing some association events including processing contracts and payments of entry fees, does data entry for new projects, makes plan copies, and prepares the BER Weekly Bulletin. This position will be responsible for preparing accounts receivable and accounts payable, processing payments, and updating all event budgets post event. Approximately 30 hours per week with some flexibility.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational, team building, and interpersonal skills. Experience in finance, accounting, and event experience is highly desirable for this position. Proficiency with QuickBooks is preferred, but not required.
